Return & Refund Policy
At Fairway Saints Golf, every piece is made to order — created just for you once your order is placed. Because of that, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
We do, however, stand by our quality and craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.
How to Report an Issue
If something’s off with your order, email social@fairwaysaints.com within 7 days of receiving it.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
If your claim is approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your refund has been approved.
What’s Not Returnable
Because every item is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or fit
- Change of mind or preference
- Sale items or gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll send a replacement or refund — no questions asked. Items sent back to us without first contacting us won’t be accepted.
