Shipping policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery times (after production) are:

  • Domestic (U.S.) – up to 10 business days
  • International – 7–21 business days (depending on customs and destination)

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, customs, or weather events are outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Fairway Saints Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We’ll assist where possible, but replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed for items marked as delivered.


Preorders & Limited Drops

Preorder or limited-release items may have unique shipping timelines noted on the product page.
Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are ready.


International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by local customs.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for customs delays or fees.


Changes or Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once processing has begun.
