The Services are hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. All purchases made through our site are transactions directly between you and Fairway Saints Golf.

Each item offered through our store is made to order. Colors, textures, and product appearance may vary slightly from images due to screen settings, lighting, and production variations. Such differences do not constitute defects or grounds for return.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product or service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular item will remain available.

3. ORDERS

Your order represents an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs only when we confirm and process your payment.
We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, bulk purchasing, or misuse of discounts.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or changes may not be possible due to our made-to-order production process. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK].

Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale, commercial distribution, or export.

4. PRICES & BILLING

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice.
Posted prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and handling fees, which will be added at checkout.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
We are not responsible for errors in pricing or typographical mistakes and reserve the right to cancel any order affected by such errors.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once a product is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final except in cases of damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
Due to our small-batch, made-to-order model, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our Services are hosted by Shopify. While Shopify provides the technical infrastructure, all transactions, obligations, and liabilities rest solely with Fairway Saints Golf.
You expressly release Shopify from any claims or damages arising from your interactions or purchases with FSG.

10. FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT

By submitting any feedback, suggestions, reviews, photos, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant FSG a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in any medium for marketing or operational purposes.
You represent that your Feedback does not violate the rights of any third party and that you have full authority to grant this license.

11. ERRORS & INACCURACIES

We strive for accuracy, but errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders at any time without prior notice, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of the Services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
